    Recipe One: Friendship

Advocating for friendship across difference: first, friendship with God across infinite difference, which is eternal life; then friendship across all other differences, which is shalom.

    Starter (reserved from last round)
    Understanding

    Fresh Ingredients
    Resolve
    Regard (proto-love)
    Love (gift of self)
Relational seasoning mix (fruit of the Spirit, invitation, welcome, humility)
    Trust

    Container
Recommended: a shared project, activity, experience

To the starter, add fresh ingredients. Heat and intensity can accelerate development. Let rise to understanding (do not rush). Allow to set. Retain for next batch.
