Definitions
Discipleship
Discipleship is training myself and others to be trained by Christ.
Disciple
A disciple is a friend and follower of Jesus, being trained and empowered by Him to love.
Faith & Faith Formation
Faith is trust that’s able to take a step. Faith formation is perceptible growth in that trust.
Grace
Grace is the unmerited God-given desire, ability, and resources to participate in our Father's economy (purpose, plan, activity) as His beloved.
Discipleship Pathway
Jesus’ discipleship pathway is to deny yourself, take up your cross every day, and follow him.
Leadership
The aim of our instruction is love, that comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and an authentic faith.
Spiritual Formation
The process of embedding Kingdom culture (values and patterns) in the life of the believer and the church so that this other way becomes more normal, less foreign.
